AI Usage Disclosure
Exprow uses artificial intelligence tools to assist in generating insights and analyses. This page explains how and why we use AI and the limitations of AI-generated content.
AI Systems
We use OpenAI models and the Perplexity search engine to gather and synthesize information. These services process user inputs and public data to produce outputs.
Probabilistic Outputs
AI models generate suggestions and analyses based on patterns in data. They do not have true understanding or guaranteed accuracy. Outputs may be imprecise, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
We aim to mitigate this by designing prompts carefully and reviewing important outputs, but we do not guarantee error-free results.
Data Used
When you run a diagnostic or analysis, we may send your input data, business details, answers, and public business information to AI models. OpenAI has stated that API input and output are not used to train its models by default.
Perplexity queries use publicly available data, search results, and existing web content.
Limitations
AI tools rely on data they were trained on or can retrieve and may be out-of-date or incomplete. A web search may miss recent developments about your company, competitors, industry, or market.
AI should never be your only source for critical legal, financial, tax, medical, hiring, investment, or operational decisions.
Transparency
We believe in being clear about AI usage. The Platform may show notes or disclaimers indicating when content is AI-assisted. We do not hide our use of AI; we use it as a tool to support business analysis.
User Responsibility
You remain responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Use AI outputs to inform strategy, verify key points independently, and treat AI insights as one input among many.
Bias and Ethics
AI models can reflect biases present in their training data or retrieved sources. Exprow strives to detect and correct biased, inappropriate, or misleading outputs. If you encounter troubling content, please report it to us.
